Se convoca por tercer año consecutivo el Concurso del Mejor Aceite Saludable del Mundo WBHEC 2018 / 2019.
Como los años anteriores, el Concurso está reservado a Aceites de Oliva Virgen Extra en sus categorías de ( Top 10 ):
Grasas Saturadas e Insaturadas
Fenoles Totales
Mayor nivel de Oleocanthal
Y el Primero Segundo y Tercer Premio al conjunto de los más Saludables.
El contenido de grasas nos da el primer índice Saludable porque estamos hablando de entre 12,5% y máximo de 18,0% de saturadas. Y de grasas insaturadas ( mono y poliinsaturadas ) entre el 82,0% y 87,5%. Son los mejores rangos para el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra. Por encima o por debajo, los Aceites dejan de ser Saludables.
Pero como sabemos, el segundo punto que es importantísimo para la bondad de los Aceites, son los contenidos en fenoles. Los fenoles es lo que diferencia un aceite con un aceite Saludable. Y también el contenido de Oleocanthal, que es un Fenol más pero que da la característica del picor y la diferencia en Salud, ya que está demostrado que el Oleocanthal interviene en los procesos reumáticos, contra el cáncer, es antiinflamatorio, antipirético, antialgido, interviene en la coagulación de la sangre y en las prostaglandinas.
Por eso las acciones que tiene el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra son realmente beneficiosas para la SALUD.
El Concurso comienza el 1 de Octubre 2018 y termina el 1 de Marzo 2019. En Marzo y Abril tendremos los resultados y en el mes de Julio será la entrega de Premios en Málaga ( España ).

The fat content gives us the first index of Health because we are talking about between 12.5% and maximum of 18.0% of saturaste. And also the content of Oleocanthal, which is one more Phenol but that gives the characteristic of itching and the difference in Health, since it is demonstrated that Oleocanthal intervenes in rheumatic processes, against cancer, is anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-allergy, intervenes in the coagulation of blood and in prostaglandins.
That is why the actions that Extra Virgin Olive Oil has are really beneficial for HEALTH. The Contest begins on October 1, 2018 and ends on March 1, 2019. In March and April we will have the results and in the month of July it will be the awards ceremony in Malaga (Spain).
